When imaging, laboratory or pathology results do not appear in e-Nabız, patients often do not know which hospital unit to contact, and phone requests do not become traceable cases.
Çözüm
The patient creates a secure notification by selecting the hospital, examination type and contact details. The Turkish ID number is validated, personal data is encrypted, and the case reaches the relevant hospital support queue. Staff review the record, resend the result to e-Nabız when necessary, and record every step in a privacy-compliant audit trail.
Sonuç
After the result appears in e-Nabız, the patient is informed by SMS or email and the case is closed. Unresolved cases are routed to the appropriate technical unit with a reason. The Provincial Health Directorate monitors hospitals, districts, statuses and SLA times live on a real Afyonkarahisar map.
